USPS:
FedEx and UPS WILL NOT ship to PO Boxes. We'd prefer a street adress, but we will ship to a PO Box if you request. These shipping charges are typically higher than FedEx and UPS, and we will adjust your cost accordingly. This may also delay the date in which your order is shipped.

APO/FPO:
If you are shipping to a military base, the US Postal Service is the ONLY way to ship. When filling in your ship to address, please put a US shipping adress, and then list the actual military shipping address in the "Order Instruction" area in the checkout section. The USPS shipping charge is always higher on these addresses. We usually make a trip to the US Post Office once a week. We will adjust your invoice accordingly for the actual cost.

FedEx services are divided into 2 types: Ground and Express.
FedEx delivery schedules for each of these are as follows:

FedEx Ground services are as follows

FedEx Home Delivery: Tuesday-Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m
If you have a business with a residence at the SAME LOCATION - SAME BULIDING, such as a ranch or farm, dental or medical office, veterinary office, insurance agent, or a repair or retail shop, it is considered HOME DELIVERY service by Fedex. Also, a rectory, convent or parsonage is HOME DELIVERY. If it's a DIFFERENT BUILDING then it is classified as FedEx Ground Delivery(business) - see below.

FedEx Ground Delivery: Monday-Friday - by end of business day

This service is for businesses. Some examples other than the normal stand alone business buildings include a building converted from a residence where no one lives, funeral homes, prisons, firehouses, and churches.

Caution: When calculating transit time - Please keep in mind the difference between FedEx Home Delivery & FedEx Ground. When you're in need of a package on a specific day (a party for Satuday night, an event on the weekend) and you are unsure of the delivery schedule, please call us 888 729 1960.

Here is an example of how a Home Deliver and Ground order will differ:

An order comes into us on Thursday morning with a destination of Chicago, Illinois - it's a BUSINESS address. We ship it Thursday - it is guaranteed to arrive on Monday. The same order shipping to a HOME address is also shipped Thursday but it is guaranteed by Saturday.

FedEx Express services are as follows

3 Day Select: To a business by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 *business days.

2nd Day Air: To a business by 4:30 p.m. and to residences 7 p.m. in most areas, in 2 *business days.

Next Day Air Saver: Next *business day delivery by 3pm to most US addresses - by 4:30 to rural areas.

Next Day Air: Next *business day delivery by 10:30 am to most US addresses - by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas - With an extra $15.00 fee by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Next Day Air Early: Next *business day delivery to major markets by 8 or 8:30 am, depending on destination ZIP code.
